Warranty Coverage

We built this company on the idea that expensive, broken parts suck. So, if our parts break, we’ve got you for 1 year.

The terms of our 1 year warranty in plain English are simple - Be cool with us and we’ll be cool with you. Please don’t abuse the warranty.

How to get warranty coverage or start a return:

Send an email to Info@ObviousTrucks.com with pictures and a description of the damage/issue. Provide proof of purchase. We will either send you a replacement, fix the unit, or refund your purchase price.

What’s not covered: Problems with the truck’s factory window module/electronics, spills (including sticky/sugary liquids), contamination, abuse, improper installation, or other damage not caused by a mechanical defect in our switch.

Limits: We don’t cover labor, towing, downtime, lost profits, or other incidental or consequential damages, as allowed by law.
